Experience - 0-5 year Exp in Real Estate Field
Age - Below 35
Salary - Rs.15000 + Incentive

Job Responsibility:

The position is responsible for achieving the order booking and sale targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
To oversee the day to day sales activity
To be involved in closing deals with customers
To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
To ensure generation of leads through calls, references
To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project
To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquirers so as to maximize sales conversions
To identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers
